Yes. Copyright always remains with the creator. The label only manages usage and distribution licenses, guaranteeing the protection of intellectual property through clear contractual clauses.

3. What are my responsibilities as an artist within the label?

The artist agrees to meet the established delivery deadlines, respect branding and communication guidelines, participate in promotional campaigns, and maintain an active collaborative relationship with the TAKYONX team.

4. How are royalties and profits managed?

Royalties are distributed according to percentages stipulated in the contract. The artist receives income from streams and sales, while the label receives a proportional share for its investment in promotion, distribution, and operational management.
